This unit is in very good cosmetic condition. The image color does appear a bit dull as well it has light image streaking with white text over dark background. It also has a green tint color bias at default color settings, but can be tuned out with color adjustment. All inputs have been tested. This unit has been sitting in storage for many years in the place it was originally purchased for; so it has not been serviced. This monitor could use either a service, or it has seen a few too many hours. I do not know. There is no burn-in however and the geometry is solid. I did not attempt to clean the inside as it is virtually dust free (see pics) from being inside a custom cabinet display. There are a couple of light cosmetic scratches on the case, but they are really not noticeable and don't draw the eye. I tried to get pictures of all the damage I could see. Could probably fix the light scratches if you were determined enough. No scratches on screen. I am an electrical tuning expert but not a CRT tuning expert; I did do my best to recalibrate the display with the minimal tools I have. You may want to play around with the tuning a bit more for optimal picture. Please note I was not using the proper test equipment to test and align the picture. That is why the resolution looks weird on the color test screen. Its just a mirrored image from my laptop to get a loose calibration on the image. Looks aligned when connected to my Xbox original as shown in video. Overall I give the image quality an 85% if 100% is factory new. Apologies for poor camera quality.
