For sale- a Sony PVM-8221 Trinitron Color Video Monitor.
The monitor would appear to be functional
EXCEPT
for the fact that the picture rolls vertically continuously and the Vertical Hold control seemingly has no effect on that whatsoever.
Accordingly it is being sold for parts, repair or refurbishing.
You know what you are getting into (assuming you have read this far) so I don’t want it back.  The pictures actually show two different monitors, but they both had EXACTLY the same problem.  The second picture of the monitor screen with the set not on and the model/serial number label are the set actually being sold here.  The other monitor has been sold.

If the product being sold here requires the standard computer style modular AC cord I no longer automatically ship those because I assume most people have a box full of them by now.
If that is NOT the case please request one at the time of purchase, otherwise it will ship without.
