Sony BKM-142HD optional HD-SDI input adapter for PVM and BVM-series monitors

Description

This used Sony HD-SDI input adapter was pulled from a working environment, but I have no way to test it currently.
It is compatible with the following Sony monitors:  PVM-D20L5, PVM-D14L5, PVM-20L5, PVM-14L5 and BVM-D9H and BVM-D14H series.
Please note
:  Due to new eBay & PayPal rules, any item sold for 0 or more and shipping to a residential address MUST be designated “signature required” with the carrier.  We’ll also require confirmation of this from the buyer before releasing the shipment.
